Self-Defense Class

$125 per person

Most confrontations are avoided long before they start. This class teaches you how to see one coming, how to leave, and what to do when leaving is no longer an option.

What we cover

  • Reading a situation before it becomes a problem
  • Distance, positioning and awareness
  • Practical defensive techniques that work under stress
  • What the law actually allows in Colorado
  • Making decisions when your heart rate is up

No firearm required. This class is about you, not equipment.

Good for: anyone who wants practical skills without needing to be an athlete. We teach people of every age and fitness level.
