$125 per person

A self-defense class built specifically around the situations women actually face — parking garages, running alone, a date that turns wrong, a stranger who will not take the hint.

What we cover

  • Recognizing and interrupting a threat early
  • Escaping holds and grabs
  • Using your voice, your surroundings and your feet
  • Personal safety at home, in the car and while traveling
  • What Colorado law allows you to do

No firearm required and no prior experience needed.

Students often come in pairs — mothers and daughters, friends, co-workers. That is welcome and it makes the class better.
